Keeping phone safe
By Brett Miller on Reviewed in the United States on March 4, 2026
Fits perfectly and adds solid protection without feeling bulky. The grip is comfortable, buttons are responsive, and the port covers help keep dust out. It feels durable and well-made, and it slides easily into a pocket. Great balance of protection and everyday usability. Great protection for the price and looks like it belongs on the phone.

Solid phone case, some curious design choices hold it back though
By James Wilson on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2025
This case is pretty slim for a 2 piece, generally they're quite bulky. Not so here, it isn't much thicker than the typical single piece case. One thing to be aware of if you're comparing specifications between various case models; the description says it's made from rubber and silicone, but that's only partially true. The inner material is either rubber or silicone, but the outer shell is plastic. Because the outside surface is almost completely smooth it slides in and out of a pocket with ease. That same benefit has a downside however, it's pretty slippery in the hand. There is a slight texture to the rubber/silicone and plastic, both of which are part of the external surface. In the case of the plastic portion, which constitutes the majority of the outside material, it's not sufficiently aggressive to provide much benefit. The case does require a disciplined approach to get it on correctly, especially the USB-C port flap, but once it's on the fit is snug. It doesn't require as much effort to take off however, that's pretty easy to do. Being an OtterBox it is made well, but oddly there isn't full camera protection. Rather than having a tight contour around the lens and flash, it's more like a generic opening (I have a Samsung Galaxy S25). For a $50 phone case that's a strange error, you can find cases for less than half what this one costs that don't have the same questionable design. I got mine for $35, but even still I think they should have spent a little more time on the cutouts. I give this case a rating of 3 stars, deducting 2 for the following reasons: 1) I don't feel it's a $50 case, I'm not really convinced it's worth $35 either. 2) The somewhat slick feel doesn't always provide enough grip. 3) The semi-exposed camera and flash could have been designed better.
