This product states it has 10,000mAh My phones battery is 5,000mAh Left my phone charging last night My phone was at 30%. Phone got charged to 100% the charger had only 10% left

It does not work

Really disappointed. The wall plug does not work when you plug it into the wall, it won't charge. The adapters that it came with didn't work at all either. when I traveled I still had to buy a universal adapter to plug a mac book charger into the wall and then use that to make the power bank work. The built in wall plug does not work, you have to use a separate charger to charge the power bank, defeating the whole purpose of the item itself. It does not self charge. Not even in the USA. You can see the green light (Charging) only with the mac charger.
