Doesn't work, Support unresponsive

Still no word from support on unusable hardware. Unresponsive. Reading errors once connected via Bluetooth. Addition: no response or whisper from their support team after 30 days, past return date so im sol. Absolute waste of money. They found a bunch of defect ps5 Keyboards in a dumpster and cleaned them up to sell here is the only answer I can think of. I'd give it a 0 if I could.
