Charges my phone really fast

Works great. It's powerful for its small size. I keep it next to my recliner to charge my phone, Kindle, ear buds, anything that's running low in the evening. It takes up no space at all to leave it set there all the time. It charges everything quickly. It does take take awhile to charge it back up when it's running low, but I've never bothered to time it. I just plug it into a wall outlet before I go to bed and I know it will be fully charged by morning. The only curious thing about it is the power 'switch'. It's not a switch. It's more like an icon that you just touch lightly to turn on the display. Once you get the hang of that it works fine.

Stopped working in 3 months- Good Customer Service

ETA: I was able to reach customer service via the Amazon order page. I was happy that they got back to me very quickly and, after offering troubleshooting aid, gave me a refund. I will purchase from them again, though probably not this particular item. Original Review: I purchased this charger on January 3rd 2025. It is now April 18th, 2025. I bought it for emergencies and haven't needed it so I use it enough to discharge it once every 3 weeks, then recharge it back up. When I went to do that this month, it kept turning off. Every few minutes it would just stop charging my phone. I switched out my charging cords- no luck- it kept happening. I tried to charge my tablet with yet a different charging cord- same thing happened. So I came to this page to find contact info from the company. I went into my order, saw my return window ended in February, but there was a section for troubleshooting. Unfortunately, those tips were basic, I'd already done them, so when it asked if my problem was solved, I responded no and asked for further help and was *bounced back to the order page*! Apparently there isn't anything else to be done?! I'm currently trying to figure out how to contact a PERSON but that is proving difficult. I will change this review if I get ahold of someone and they help me. Oh, and also I didn't like the power button. I couldn't tell if I needed to press it (it didn't move inward when pushed on) or just touch it (like using your thumb to unlock your phone).
