Bought this product for my husband. He says the quality is better than any headphone brand he has tried before. (He has had beats, JBL, AirPods, and Bose) I highly recommend these! The noise cancellation is amazing!

It is shocking how bad these are for the price. For those unaware, Sennheiser sold their audio division back in 2022, as someone who was a big fan of their products I was wary that their quality might drop under new ownership, but I never imagined it would be as bad as this. Aside from the bass response, the audio quality of these headphones is on par with $35 skullcandy headphones you buy from an airport vending machine out of desperation because you forgot to pack something actually good. Seriously, these sound like you're holding earbuds an inch away from your head, not actively seated in your ear canal. They tout Active Noise Cancellation profiles as a product feature, I would ask what the point of these profiles are, considering they don't seem to even do anything. I tested these while riding my bike and the Wind Cancellation profile was non-existent, I have 10 year old regular wired IEMs that have nothing more than a good fit in the ear to overcome wind noise that perform better, and they were half the price of these. So how do you get past the fact that you can hear the wind more than the music? Turn the volume up, right? Not with these, the maximum volume is pitiful, good luck hearing anything you actually want to, but you'll sure be able to hear the overtuned treble, which will assuredly hurt your ears more than the poor fit. Speaking of hurting your ears, the bluetooth connection is abysmal, and is prone to actively crackle at a volume that makes it genuinely sound like the earbuds are attempting to electrocute your eardrums and cause permanent hearing loss. These come with wingtip attachments clearly designed to fit along a stripe in the design of the headphone, with a dash on the headphones you align a hole in the attachment with to make sure they're on perfectly, but they actively prevent you from clicking the headphones into place in the charging case unless you slightly misalign them out of the way. I was a big fan of Sennheiser for a long time, have had several of their products over the years, if this is indicative of where they are as a company, I will probably never buy from them again.
