This watch has lots of great features. First, it has a ton of different watch faces. You can do a custom one as well. It does heart rate, O2 sats, stress level, activity like steps, calories, distance, sleep measurements like deep/light, REM sleep, alarm, music control, weather. The app is called Fitdock and I really like it. You can control all your settings from there. It gives you a basic summary of all your fitness data, all the options you can add like a water reminder, fitness modes, etc. If you're wanting to get an affordable option for a fitness watch, this is a great option!
