QLED impressive picture quality even at 100 in

The first TV arrived with both the box damaged and the TV screen damaged however Amazon worked quickly to resolve the issue within a few days I received a replacement another company called Maersk pilot called and took away the old original TV I am now the proud owner of an amazing picture quality 100 inch TV well done Amazon. I did see other customers who reported they have received broken TV units and one of them took too long to report the problem and has suffered the loss himself so I would say take plenty of pictures and very quickly report any issues as Amazon obviously have contracts with these delivery companies who I think broke the units so look at and test your product is fully functioning very quickly

severely damaged

I purchased this TV, and it was severely damaged. The screen had several cracks in it. There was a gash in the back of the TV panel. I called customer service about it, and they said there was nothing they could do because I was days past the return window. I explained to them that I was only three days past and justI purchased this TV and it was a damaged. The screen was really bad. There was a gash in the back of the TV panel. I had to wait on the appropriate help. They told me there was nothing they could do. I called twice they hung up in my face. they told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung. They told me I would have to pay for Repair or they could give me a discount on my next purchase for a TV.
