Works great! It charges my phone completely 2 times before it needs charging! Or you can charge 2 phones at the same time! I highly recommend this product! Charging speed: Charges very fast Charging ability: Charges very well Ease of use: Easy to use Durability: Very durable

TERRIBLE CONDITION, COMPLETELY UNUSABLE

I’ve never received a product that’s been in as poor of condition as this power bank is. IMMEDIATELY as i unboxed this, I noticed it’s 100% defective and completely unusable. EVERY SINGLE port is offset from it’s opening, making it impossible to plug into any ports. Also, two of the three USB-A ports have their “metal shields” completely snapped (OUT 1 & OUT 3), I dont even know how that’s possible!!! All three USB-A ports are offset too high to plug in, and you can barely even see the port opening for the USB-C port. The Micro-D port is also offset too high, and angled!!! How in the world did this pass QA, inspection, or anything!! Packaging it came in was in great condition, and there’s no scratches or abrasions of any sort on the housing of the power bank, which leads me to believe this was a failure of this company’s QA department to identify this OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I leave for a backpacking trip tomorrow so gonna have to find a fast replacement :((( 0/5 stars would not recommend even to Voldemort
