Nice Product

Bought band new phone and before it was even turned on, installed screen protector. Jig included in the kit worked amazing, although my technique was lacking (tiny bubble in the middle). Very easy to install correctly if only doing one every 3-4 years. Highly recommend even though it's kinda pricey.

Big letdown from Zagg
By Scott R. on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2024
TL;dr: Poor design, poor fit, and a poor application method make this high-priced screen protector not worth 1/4 of the asking price. I'm no stranger to Zagg screen protectors, as I've had their glass protectors on my kids iPhones for years. Though high priced, the quality always seemed to more than make up for it. That's why I was so eager to get this product for the S24 Ultra. The first problem I noticed was that the product was so poorly fabricated that the alignment holes on the protector did not match up with the guide posts on the alignment tray. Admittedly, I should have just stopped there and returned it, but I figured I could make do well enough by pulling more tightly than I was comfortable with to make it fit. Because of this, the initial application was extremely crooked, forcing me to lift the protector off and reapply it, which left behind way too many bubbles. Second, the backing that you mist remove to expose the adhesive side of the protector was stuck on very strongly- so strong, in fact, that it was almost impossible to remove the backing without using my other hand to hold the protector in place. This caused me to unavoidably touch the adhesive side of the protector, leaving smudges around the corners of my screen. Finally, there's the overall fit. This protector ONLY covers the part of the screen where the OLED panel is, leaving a 2-3 mm gap between the protector and the edge of this screen. Why Zagg doesn't thing that that glass needs protecting as well is beyond me. Furthermore, because of the gap, I can feel the hard edge of the protector every time I swipe from the edge of the screen. All in all, due to the extremely poor and lazy design of this protector, as well as the poorly engineered application method, I cannot recommend this protector to anyone. Personally, while I've been a fan of Zagg products for a long time, I don't think I'll be buying anything from them for quite a while. Such a severe drop in quality from a company who usually puts out a good product is generally indicative of bigger problems as a whole.
