90% Battery Health - Amazon Renewed

I wanted this phone for USB C and didn’t want to pay full price for the iPhone 16 Pro. Found a good price for the 15 Pro and immediately snatched it. Super impressed by the speed of this thing. I upgraded from a 13 Pro and there’s less noticeable jitter/lag and faster loading speeds. The performance difference is slight, but appreciated. I play lots of Pokemon Go and it opens much faster. The renewed model came with a third party charging cable and seemed to charge the devices fast when using a 30+ watt charger plug. The phone itself had absolutely no scratches, but there’s super subtle markings on the side that show that the previous owner has this phone in a case for a while. Overall, I agree with the classified “Excellent - Renewed Condition” that Amazon labeled this as. Camera quality is worth noting. I tend to take quick pics of random stuff every day and the photos look so good even though I don’t put much effort into taking them. Great pictures coming from the lenses. I had this phone for about a month and it’s still at the 90% battery health it came with. Hoping to maintain this throughout the year.

Woot send me a phone with restart issues

I am thankful for the Amazon renewed 90 day guarantee. The iPhone 15 Pro had a few scratches around the frame when I received it but nothing major. Screen looked good and battery health was at 100%. I ordered the phone from Woot for myself. I transferred data from the Android device I was replacing seamlessly. The phone came with a SIM card tool remover (not needed as phone supports eSIM only) and a lightning cable instead of a USB C Cable for charging. I sent a message to Woot to send me the correct cable for the phone and the only response I got from Woot was to confirm my order number. I contacted Amazon as well and they told me to order a USB C cable that will be paid for via account credit. That issue was resolved. After one day of use, the phone froze while charging overnight and needed a forced restart. Then, the phone froze again the following days. The phone also ran hot and the battery drained fast. After a week, I sent the phone back and I am awaiting my refund. I sent back the phone after performing a factory reset clearing all my data with the lightning cable it came with. I will edit this review to report on the final status of my refund. 1/10/2025 - Refund was issued today. Pending posting to my credit card. Added a star to the review due to prompt refund.
