i Am VERRRRYYYYYY PLEASED w my phone! “Little Backstory” ; i’ve previously owned the 15 ProMax. (anger got the best of me and i ended up breaking it 🥴🤦🏽‍♀️.) so i had to downgrade to the 11. & was hoping i wouldn’t be missing out on too much, from ProMax to Pro…BUT IT IS PERFECT! 😍 - Sooo, i’ve been browsing and price watching, the 15 ProMax & 15 Pro here on Amazon; than finally said screw it lol & purchased the 15 Pro, once it went down to $519 & couldn’t be happier! - i could NOT be more pleased w my purchase! 🥰 it’s basically the same as the 15 ProMax; (outside the size of it, along w the Camera zooming, as it still have great zoom quality), it is the perfect one handed holding size! - i was able & very easy to swap over literally everything, from my iPhone 11. it came scratch & issue FREE! *BONUS* The camera quality, look of the phone & features, is something i needed, (& was looking for), wen buying the 15 Pro! Literally very pleased w the durability & value of the phone! it’s also very easy to manage, hold & perfect to have! :) NOTHING WRONG HERE ! thank you, for providing me w my perfect iPhone 15 Pro!

Woot send me a phone with restart issues

I am thankful for the Amazon renewed 90 day guarantee. The iPhone 15 Pro had a few scratches around the frame when I received it but nothing major. Screen looked good and battery health was at 100%. I ordered the phone from Woot for myself. I transferred data from the Android device I was replacing seamlessly. The phone came with a SIM card tool remover (not needed as phone supports eSIM only) and a lightning cable instead of a USB C Cable for charging. I sent a message to Woot to send me the correct cable for the phone and the only response I got from Woot was to confirm my order number. I contacted Amazon as well and they told me to order a USB C cable that will be paid for via account credit. That issue was resolved. After one day of use, the phone froze while charging overnight and needed a forced restart. Then, the phone froze again the following days. The phone also ran hot and the battery drained fast. After a week, I sent the phone back and I am awaiting my refund. I sent back the phone after performing a factory reset clearing all my data with the lightning cable it came with. I will edit this review to report on the final status of my refund. 1/10/2025 - Refund was issued today. Pending posting to my credit card. Added a star to the review due to prompt refund.
