Best Picture Frame 100% recommend

My husband got this for me as a gift and I've loved it. I have on the wall hanging in my dining room with two other pictures on either side of it. I love that you can customize it to turn on and off on a schedule that you choose. I love that you can upload your pictures to it from anywhere as long as it's connected to wifi. It is so easy to use and uploading pictures is so easy. I love the frame style and it's big but not too big. I would definitely buy it again just so I can have another picture slideshow frame around my house. We get compliments all the time when people come over. Everyone loves to see the pictures and always asks about it.

Does not work well

I’ve had this frame for over a month. I’ve loaded over 2,000 photos and over 100 videos. It only shows about 20% of my photos and does not play the videos. The only way to get a video to play is to dig down into the database and click on one. They do not play otherwise. When I’ve contacted customer service, they tell me to send them a video of the frame NOT showing all the pictures or NOT playing the videos. I asked them ‘How do I send you a video is something NOT happening?” Now they want me to factory reset it and spend hours uploading everything again. Then they want me to upload photos by email which will take hours. And, if that doesn’t work, they’ll send me another frame and I’d have to do that work all over again. Definitely not worth it for something that cost $250!!!
