Unable to connect bluetooth

Great product, excellent sound performance. The only issue I have issue is that the Bluetooth does not connect to my phone (have a Sam/Galx S20 plus).

Could not get it to hook up to my sub I have which is brand new was missing the cable when I got it shipped to me and it’s very poor quality for the money not to mention the customer service is terrible. There’s no help they’re online website no help The book that came with it. Last information needed to set up things properly. Don’t waste your money or time with this.
