Okay, this is likely to be the weirdest review I have written. Read to the end. Not a schtick.

I have given this product five stars but there is still a catch. I literally bought this product based on the reviews, which are uniformly positive. They are all justified. Outstanding optics. Clarity and bright imagery characterize these binocs. The optics package could make them heavy, but they aren't. Very reasonable weight and quite comfortable. I don't know that I will try the phone adapter. Clever, but perhaps more work than it is worth. Still, it is simple and might be a nice addition. Now the catch. I tried to register my warranty. Fugeddaboutit. The website indicated for warranty registration doesn't exist. I can't even find that this brand exists. It feels like I bought binoculars from the Twilight Zone. I hope that I never need service because I doubt that email really works either. Maybe somebody can prove to me that I am crazy. I would be grateful. For now, these binocs seem to be a standalone product from a company whose existence cannot be proven. That should likely be part of your buying decision.

Can't get Warranty Activated - Buyer Beware
By Virginia Customer on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2023
All I can say is Buyer Beware. Based on the Reviews of these binoculars I bought them. I just went back and looked at the "reviews" and they are all from Amazon Vine reviewers who may have received the binoculars for free. I bought mine. They are attractive, they seem to work, but when it comes time to "activate the warranty" the trail grows cold. The "Three Triping" (spelling is incorrect, I know) service or website, the company doesn't exist. The seller is Chuzhouxuancai Stores. They replied to my inquiry via Amazon text, but did not give me a way to contact them other than the website that is down "for maintenance." When reviewing the Amazon fine print, they say they will cover for 30 days, but to contact the seller for more info. When asking Amazon "customer service" to assist me, they indicate that neither they nor the "leadership department" can assist with contacting the seller. Best as I can tell, I believe these decent binoculars have been procured from a reputable manufacturer, re-branded and sold via Amazon only. Who benefits? The "taker" and Amazon. I am returning the merchandise to Amazon, requesting a refund, and providing you with this caution that there is likely no entity that will back up these binoculars if they need repair, etc. Please Beware.
