Nearly Perfect!

Wish I would give this product 4.5 stars... I had surgery multiple times to repair my ear drum, in injury I got while serving in Iraq in the US Army. These surgeries have left one ear canals unusually larger than normal... As a result, in-ear headphones always fit uncomfortably in one ear... They always fall out... I have tried many different tips...These are the only that fit secure and snug in my bad ear and never fall out... They do an excellent job cancelling out noise as well... I use them on my $200 B&W in ear head phones and they work excellent... It does leave the music a little flat and distorted (possibly something that the average consumer will never notice but due to the fact that I have experience in music I can pick up the difference), but a quick tune to your EQ and it will sound perfect!!! If you appreciate music, these are a must have!!! They also work amazing on flights, especially long flights because you can't hear anything and they will remain comfortable. It is as if you are wearing ear plugs with these... I have only two complaints which I feel like knocks this product .5 stars... 1. is the the durability... If you wear these a lot they will get beat up rather quickly... They tear and warp as you expect foam to.. Also they will look disgusting if you don't clean your ear drums out regularly. This will leave you having to purchase new ones every 6months or so... 2. is the price.. Having said that these will not last forever... the price is extremely high for something that will be needed to be replaced periodically... I do not understand why the manufacturer charges so much for a couple tiny pieces of foam... Other than that these things are awesome!

These are good...for the few weeks they last. Comfortable, minimal noise, and sound great.

UPDATE: I had given these a 5 star when I had only had them for a few weeks. It turns out that these memory foam type earbud tips aren't very durable. Each pair lasted on a few weeks before completely disintegrating. So I liked them while they lasted but I need to buy new tips again and I'm sure not buying this brand/kind. These work incredibly well. My work just switched to a tendy "open" office floor plan with a very dense layout. It is incredibly noisey now, and to combat the noise they...added more (white) noise. It doesn't work. I have headphones with noise cancellation, and they works pretty well but the 60dB of noise (about same as a TV at "normal" levels 1m away) is just too much. I tried listening to music to help drown out the noise that still makes it through but it really fatigues my ears. I switched out the pads on my earbuds with these and I'm really impressed. They are as quiet as a really good set of earplugs. I still want to listen to music but it needs to be quiet enough to not damage my hearing. These make it so quiet that I listen at literally the lowest level my PC does (2%) and still have to turn down the volume to 40% in my music app as well. With the stock pads I was listening at 10% and 100%, respectively. FWIW, I'm a 6'2" ~180lbs male, and the large size is what really fit me. The medium ones were ok, but not as tight a seal as the large.
