Pretty good!

This item is pretty good! I really like how the touch controls are easy to navigate, and how there are options for noise cancelling, noise cancelling off, and ambient sound. These have been very reliable, the battery life of the case is good too! I can go a couple days without charging and be fine, however I do wish the sound was a bit louder at max volume, but I guess it's to be expected with Bluetooth earbuds. They are expensive, but I think it's worth it for the quality of these earbuds. Recommend!

First received and it was missing the different ear-cushion sizes, so I had to send back through Amazon and re-order. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get Panasonic support for this product as far as I can tell. Don't fit as well as the wired product, those stay in my ears as opposed to these which eventually start to come out during workouts even with the smallest cushion. They work great...until they don't. I purchased in mid-December and as of mid-March the left earbud has stopped working, either by not charging or some other issue.
