FEELLE 10,000mAh QC3.0 Fast Charging Power Bank

So I bought 2 of these for a trip I had planned and they worked great to start within the week on of them stopped working. I started the return process in September with the intention of swap the bad for a new one. Well its been nearly 2 months and I am still waiting without response or any follow-up details about the status of my order. I have reached out to Amazon C.S. without any actual help. Just stating it should be coming soon. The other battery is still working great and hope to get the other sooner than later.
