Lasted only 7 months!

I had these for about 7 months, used mostly for calls for work until one day they just died and never came back to life. Not sure why or what happeend. Trying to talk with philips customer support to no avail. When I bought these, they were $173 (!!!). Now they are super cheap and I know why. They seemed fine for calls, except when people would consistently say I would fade in and out. The anc is garbage, never worked and just drained battery life, which you would have to remember to shut it off everytime you powered on this neckband because by default the anc is turned on, super annouing but I got used to it. What really pisses me off is that I spent good money thinking I'd have this product for at least over a year. 7 months and it won't turn on or charge or do anything. Terrible, I will never purchase anything from Phillips again.

Fantastic battery life and very good noise cancellation. When using the product it won't get lost. If there earbuds fall out, they're connected by a wire, no problem. If you need continuous hifi use (10+h) and moderate noise reduction, these are among the best I've used AND in a light weight, portable firm factor with well thought out controls. Less expensive products provide as good or better noise cancellation. Less expensive products provide almost as good battery life. Turns out I needed superior noise cancellation and no more than a few hours of continuous use.
