Excellent customer service and webcam quality

I bought the webcam for my new desktop. But its safety lock on our webcam is not retracting properly. I contacted the customer service. They are very responsive and send me a newer model G910 immediately (see the picture). I am very impressed with the quality and appearance of this webcam. The setup is very easy, plug-and-play. The privacy cover is simple to operate. The Ring light offers multiple level of brightness. The microphone caught the voice clearly. The seller has also provided a long 3-year warranty period. I received multiple compliments on the webcam quality in Zoom meetings. I am very pleased with it and the impressive customer service. Highly recommend this webcam for its quality and its reasonable price.

I bought the GUSGU G940 2K Quad HD Webcam because it had less bad reviews than other webcams. My set up is a laptop and larger monitor. I got it for the monitor.First month - It was okay to start but not very good in low light. Added in some light and people on the other end said I was still blurry.Second month - The video kept turning off during my meetings. I thought it was the connection but it kept happening. Then yesterday it gave me the green screen of death during an important meeting. No matter what I tried, nothing worked. Thankfully I had my laptop camera.I didn't even use the webcam very much.Seller said it was faulty hardware and they would send me an upgraded webcam. I will update this review if they follow through and the quality of the "newer" webcam.
