GREAT DEAL

I got mine today 10-8-22 and when I opened the box I couldn't believe this was a refurbished item. Every item was in sealed bags. They couldn't have been used. This soundbar sounds excellent and was simple to set up especially if you have a Visio TV. I bought the ones with the 2 satellite speakers. Wow a great deal!

Great sound. But, has a major defect.

I already have this exact model in my living room. I wanted another for my bedroom. Purchased this unit and it came soon enough. My LG TV has an optical line out. When I tried to plug the optical line into the sound bar, it wouldn't take. It appears that there is some damage in the port which is why I cannot plug in the line. That's the whole point of getting this unit. Bluetooth worked. I contacted the company just now to tell them my situation. I will give updates on what happens next. If I were to cancel and repurchase, it would cost me $20 as the price has already gone up in 6 days since I ordered it. So far, I am very disappointed.
