Samsung QLED Q80B Series 4K TV (2022) (Factory Reconditioned)

QN80B TV was purchased in January based on previous Samsung tv experience. Tv has good picture but home screen over crowded, soliciting advertisements everywhere. Even next to tv inputs line. Pretty confusing. Smart tv available only if you agree with advertisements. After when you connected your devices , setup is long process, many times you stuck on Samsung remote testing : will not work with Samsung remote. You have to use more remotes. If you disconnect the HDMI cable for any device, you have to start with the setup again. Samsung significantly cut on controls for picture, brightness is at max., you can watch what you have. Screen reflection is lot worse than previous Samsung tvs. Bright room, no luck. When you change from one device from another, that is about 6-7 clicks! Sometimes goes back to home screen Media setting, sometimes this tv changes its mind and goes to Games. This is funny first, but makes me disappointed after a while. Is there any chance to change this? NO. There is lot of unimportant options in MENU, but not for this one! With this tv, you are playing with the remote, instead watch tv. Called customer service, they told me they can not help. Samsung CEO-s office said: This is a normal operation, and they do not care. Not even a promise for a software update… This tv is playing random outcomes with me, when I push the same button? Is that “normal”? But that is ok for Samsung. Therefore I can not recommend this tv to others. Except if you want to abuse yourself. My next tv will be an LG. Thank to read this.
