Nearly Perfect In-Ear Headphones - Great for Exercise and Optimized for iPhone Owners.
By Chris in Philly on Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2025
These are hands-down the best in-ear headphones for active workout, running or just anyone whose ears aren’t well suited to AirPods and other in-ear headphones. The small inner ear rubber “fin” holds the buds so securely in the ear that no amount of head movement or activity is likely to dislodge them. They are extremely comfortable for extended use. Sound quality is very good and product offers solid bass for such a compact design. Apple has obviously focused on maintaining consistent quality across its own AirPods and the Beats line, but they always save the best of the best features for their Apple branded products. That said, if you’re an iPhone user, the compatibility and integration with the beats is far superior than if using with an android device, but sound quality is essentially the same regardless of platform. Noise cancellation and transparency modes are excellent and arguably better than AirPod Pro based on the more secure seal with the ear. Only criticism is that the Beats occasionally experience drop out, even when paired to iPhone. It’s not clear whether the issue is with the Beats, the iPhone or the connection, but it’s an issue that shouldn’t happen in the Apple ecosystem and doesn’t happen with Apple’s self-branded products.

Not as good as AirPods Pro but decent
By Erin Pez on Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2025
Let me start by explaining I’m not a normal person. I am a freak about music. I am an audiophile, I have ADHD, and music is my whole life. I notice every single sound, and I need it to be high quality. These Beats Fit Pro are great for the average person, and great for athletes on the move. These are comfortable and they stay in the ear better than any other ear buds I’ve tried. So if you’re looking for decent quality sound that stay in the ears, this is for you. If you’re looking for high quality sound, this isn’t it. There isn’t enough bass and the sound is too bright. I’m disappointed - my favorite over-ear headphones back in the day were Beats, and my favorite ear buds were Airpods Pro. I thought the Beats Fit Pro would be perfect for me, but no. My original Airpods pro had way better sound. Also, these feel cheap. And honestly, they don’t look as cool in person as they do online in pictures. The case feels like cheap plastic, it’s too big, and the earbuds themselves look cheap. They should be around $130, they’re overpriced for what they are. I’m bougie and snobby, I do admit! I’ll keep these for work and the dentist, when I need music that stays in my ears, rather than an amazing audio experience. I’ll keep my expensive Bose headphones when I need quality sound. I wish my Airpods Pro didn’t break! These aren’t a good replacement. The noise cancellation works okay. If you’ve never experienced noise cancellation, these will blow your mind. But my Bose headphones have better noise cancellation too. I guess you get what you pay for. It’s a shame these are a bit overpriced for what they are. But again, these are great for normal people who just need decent earbuds that comfortably stay in the ears.
