(NEW) Neat Bumblebee II Professional Cardioid USB Condenser Microphone

As many of the reviews state, this mic is incredible. The sound is crisp, I can hear my real-time feedback, my friends can hear me clearly, and it's easy enough to set up. The only issue I have with it is, as another review stated, the power port has stopped working. I purchased this in March of this year. It is now November. The product description mentions a 2 year warranty, but finding how to claim this warranty is impossible. I've messaged the seller and left a question on the product. Hopefully if I make enough noise, someone from customer service will get back to me, because I can't find how to contact them. Low rating until I can get my warranty initiated, because honestly this mic is great other than the power port issue.
