PalliPartners Kids Metal Detector

I bought 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. The first one I opened, I thought it worked. The screen lit up and when we took it outside, it kept beeping instead of pausing until we found something. The other one was taken out of the box and the screen never worked. I thought we could manage it and just listen to it beep, but this one never beeped for anything. I spent over $100 on both of these and I won’t get my money back because it was a Christmas present they couldn’t open until the snow was melted. Both of the kids were so sad. they have mentioned the metal detector for months and finally got to play with them and couldn’t. There was no warranty information on the box or contact information. It’s more like this item is a scam.
