Better than expected!

This is by no means a long term review and more like my initial observations. First of all, the phone arrived quickly and safely due to the requirement of a code to receive the package. This may seem inconvenient but actually protects us as buyers and also the seller. The phone came packaged in a generic box, but it was neatly packed with a USB A to USB C cable and a cheap charging brick which surprised me. The phone didn't have that "brand new" shine to it, but it looked new enough. There were no scratches or blemishes that I could find. After about and hour, I thought I detected a large horizontal scratch across the screen from a certain angle, but after unnecessarily peeling off the screen protector, I found the screen to be flawless. I was able to set this phone up with ESim on my Visible account in minutes and this phone is lightning fast with decent battery life. I used it hard for 8 straight hours just to be sure it would survive my typical work day. So far, I'll have to say that this is one of the best phones you can buy for around $400.

CHEAP REPLACED SCREEN BEWARE!!!

Video- S21 ultra on the left and S21 FE on the right. Both with adaptive high refresh turned on. upon first inspection, everything looked good. The phones looked immaculate...but I noticed that the display seemed sluggish. I've confirmed my suspicion when I compared the screen with an s21 FE at work and it is overwhelmingly apparent they used a cheaper screen replacement on these s21 ultras. It's definitely not 120 adaptive refresh and check my video and you can clearly see the difference!! Processing a refund right now. Additional information. I have requested a refund from the seller and it has been over 3 weeks without any information as whether they received the phones or processing the refund. They have already received all 3 phones from me in bubble packaging and all phones were treated with great care as to insure my full refund. The tracking number has shown to have been delivered, and that was over 3 weeks ago as of writing this. I have contacted Amazon with this and was told it could take up to 30 days to process the refund. Just need to update this to let others know what hoops you gotta jump if you decide to buy this.
