This is our second Samsung TV purchase. The first TV purchased lasted for 10 years without issue! which was reason enough to stay true to the brand.

Malicious software I can't get rid of even with a reset

This TV will constantly shut itself off after 10 minutes, even after a hardware reset, the tv is not even 3 months old, I can't seem to get help on fixing it either, completely unclear on whether there's even a warranty for this, very terrible product, will never buy anything from Samsung ever again!
