Device Failed After 1 Year

Purchased this device 8/20/23. Tom Tom website says warranty is good for 2 years after purchase. Device failed after minimum use for 1 year, will not charge with PC, wall charger, or connected in truck. Tried to set up a warranty repair on Tom Tom website and was told device is out of warranty and have to pay for repair. Cannot contact a human to get an explanation. So I'm stuck with a crap device and looking for a different GPS manufacturer. Tom Tom does not support their products or customers. DO NOT BUY TOM TOM PRODUCTS!!UPDATE: iT'S NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE I CONTACTED TOMTOM AND THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND OR ISSUE A REPAIR. DO NOT BUY TOMTOM PRODUCTS, THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!
