I've now had this refurbished phone for 2 years. It came in excellent condition, and I had no issues transferring all my info. It's in a decent case, but nothing special, and no screen protector. After multiple drops on carpet, and tile floors, still no damage. The phone is in use, pretty much 24/7 with photos, email, text, SM, and streaming services. It's even used overnight for sleep apps. No problems. I consider this a great purchase.

Very confusing phone to use keeps bringing up blue screen and saying download with arrow. I have to hit side buttons to restart. Not worth the money I paid. Daughter is autistic and she's getting frustrated 😠 but I can't send it back because I don't have the money to do so. 140.00plus tax and shipping then wait for the company to receive the item to give my money back. It was her Birthday gift. I'd ask for refund but taking a gift back would be like terrible. Also it wasn't compatible with my phone company as advertised. It had apps on it and wifi set up already. Creepy and when my daughter factory restarted it it didn't work properly. Sorry but the truth.
