had to updated from my s10e because applications were not working (outdated problems haha). this phone is perfect. came in great condition and works wonderfully. can't go wrong with a Samsung

Phone screen lagged over the year it was owned - all else worked okay. This past week, it kept shutting off randomly and rebooting. I searched for updates, and apps that could have contributed to this issue, but found no answer. Last night, it continued to shut off and reboot, but ultimately it died. Made efforts to reboot in many ways but to no avail. No cracks, drops, water or heat damage, or any other external factor as I work in the office all day and have not encountered recent accidents.
