PROS: Camera quality is excellent. It has a wide range view. It notifies you when it detects something. The price. CONS: Camera is not really PTZ control. While you can set the camera tilted and you can zoom remotely, you cannot pan or move the camera around remotely. Delay between receiving notification and actually seeing the footage. After receiving a notification, the app opens, but it takes a while to update and you can't watch it until 3-5 minutes later. Usually it was something like a leaf but if it was a real intruder, you won't be able to react in the moment. Best course of action is to watch it live instead of waiting for the replay. THE WORST EXPERIENCE is when the app freezes your phone and you're unable to force shutoff or restart. Meanwhile the background is still running, but you can't see anything because the app took over the screen, and while you're pressing the buttons to shut it off, it's also sending SOS messages to the local police department and your ICE contact. There's absolutely nothing you can do while this is happening other than removing your sim card so it stops sending sos messages and wait for your phone to die. It took about 21 hours for my phone to die on its own. IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD WITH A CAMERA. I was away from home so you can image my panic and my ICE contact imagination when they couldn't get a hold of me. I do not recommend Eufy products since the app will be the same and continue to have issues.
