Premium Quality and Convenience - Worth the Investment
By George Nagy on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2023
The Belkin MagSafe 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Stand is a premium solution that lives up to its higher price point, delivering exceptional build quality and functionality. From the moment you handle the stand, its solid feel and substantial weight become apparent. This weightiness proves invaluable when attaching and detaching my iPhone and Apple Watch from the magnetic connector. The stand stays firmly in place, providing a seamless and frustration-free charging experience. The base features a smooth rubber texture, ensuring a secure grip on any surface. This attention to detail adds an extra layer of stability, making the stand reliable even in daily, fast-paced interactions with your devices. For those utilizing StandBy mode in iOS 17, this stand is a game-changer. Placing the iPhone and Apple Watch horizontally creates an aesthetically pleasing setup, with both devices fitting comfortably side by side. The magnetism employed to secure your devices strikes a perfect balance. They feel securely held in place, yet removing them is a breeze. The optimal balance achieved here is a testament to the thoughtful design of the stand. While charging speed may not be a critical factor for everyone, the stand performs admirably in this aspect. Charging speed can be influenced by various factors, but the Belkin MagSafe 3-in-1 consistently delivers a fast and efficient charge. The stand is compatible with any MagSafe iPhone, reaching back to the iPhone 11, and I can attest to its compatibility with the iPhone 15 Pro. The AirPod charging functionality works well, though you may need to find the sweet spot when placing the case on the mat. The white light indicator on the front of the charger lets you know when the AirPods are charging, adding a touch of convenience. In summary, the Belkin MagSafe 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Stand is a great investment for those looking to streamline and declutter their charging setup. The combination of premium build quality, versatile compatibility, and thoughtful design makes it a top-tier charging solution that enhances both convenience and aesthetics.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.....Buy a Different Wireless Charger
By Nick on Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2025
The Good: The build quality of the device itself is good 8/10. The weight of the device is great 10/10 so that it doesn't tip over or get knocked over easily. The Bad: The strength of the magnet is ok 6/10, on a semi regular basis when putting my phone on the magnet I think its on there only for it to fall off which is typically at night in the dark which leads to getting out of bed and searching for the phone. The way it holds the iWatch is also just ok 6/10 my iWatch tends to spin on it and the straps can easily get bumped and knock the watch off the device. Lastly, the spot for your headphones is very convenient but its finicky 5/10. You have to have them positioned just right or they won't charge. I have not really figured out any tricks for this so you just have to pay close attention when you put the headphones on the charger and check for the corresponding light. I wish this was better, I have started my day many times only to realize my headphones were dead because they didn't charge. The Ugly: Whoever designed the power cord on this device should lose their job. The power cord is the worst part of this device 1/10. The electronics that run the power cord are built into the plug so it has a large sized wall wart attached to the plug. This is particularly difficult because this device is sitting next to my bed on the night stand. If you plug it into the bottom slot of your wall socket it hangs nicely and shouldn't cause you any problems. If you have a switched outlet as your bottom socket then this may cause you problems. The weight of the wall wart is too heavy so if plugged in upside down to the top slot it will fall out. If you want to plug it into a surge strip it may need to go into the bottom slot at it will cover 3 slots. The height of the wall wart is tall enough that with the surge strip it may not fit under neath your night stand as its over an inch tall without the prongs. The last gotcha of this horror of engineering is that it has a totally custom connector on it that plugs into the dock. The cord is very thin and delicate compared to the robust USB charger cable styles that I see on most of my devices, this one is very prone to damage and breakage. If you lose this power cord, or if your pet or child decides to chew on it, or it gets some wear and tear and gets severed you are out of luck. They don't sell replacements, so you are stuck buying a new dock. The idea of buying a new dock that costs over $100 to replace a power cord is unacceptable to me. With the standardization of the USB-C adapter this seems like an obvious failure in design. The power cord issues on this device lead me to recommend buying a different product.
