I love the fact that it was a smartwatch that made health and wellness simple.

Over the past few weeks, I've been using this almost every day for 24 hours. Sleep. It ticked a lot of boxes for me when I would sleep. I have multiple devices that track my sleep because I like having as many data points as possible. If something seems a little bit off with one system, I can compare it to the other one and see if they are moving in the same direction or if they're moving in the opposite direction. This method gives me more insight into what's going on with my body. All of my devices seemed to spit correlating data. So my watch was no different than the sleeping pad. It was pretty accurate when tracking my body's ability to go through sleep cycles properly when it came to tracking my sleep. The Tic Watch GTH PRO watch seemed to be the one that was most accessible. Waking up in the morning and looking down at my wrist and the ability to see all the important data at my wrist was very convenient. There is a phone companion, and it serves as an expansion tool for the data found on your wrist. If I wanted to read more into the metrics, I could just go into the app. Arty the Intelligent AI. The other cool feature was ARTY, the artificial intelligence component. Arty can spit out metrics for me as it pertains to my artery health, heart rate, resting heart rate, max heart rates, and my body's ability to deal with the next workout that I execute. On days that I knew that I was struggling - maybe because I didn't get good sleep or had a long, eventful day prior, the numbers would always correlate appropriately when I would wake up to test with Arty. If I felt like the day wrecked my body, the numbers would not be in my favor. If I felt like I'm ready to go and tackle my day, the numbers on my watch would correlate parallel to how I felt. That was cool to confirm that the way that I felt was how my body was responding to my environment and my day-to-day activities. Tracking Activity I do a lot of walking. My phone sometimes can accurately pick up the amount of mileage that I get, but often it fails to pick up the number of steps accurately. So, the pedometer and the accelerometer in the actual phone can sometimes be off, but I like having as close as possible to accurate data. And as you swing your arms as you're walking, the Tic Watch GT Pro is able to get not only all of my steps but almost accurately count and track the mileage and distance. Temperature Checking The mask mandates have been lifted, but most places are still checking temperature as a symptom. To be able to quickly check on my wrists, whether I have a temperature or not so that I can make sure that I'm protecting myself as well as the people around me, was a convenient tool. My family has smart watches but none have this capability and they have asked to use it when they may think that they have a fever. So that feature became handy for the family. If your temperature is elevated, you might be sick which stresses your system. If your system is stressed, you're going to get off the wall readings that you can't explain. You have a lot of smartwatches out there that try to do too much, but it confuses most. So I like what Mobvoi has done with this Tic GTH Watch Pro. I love the fact that it was a smartwatch that made health and wellness simple. And that's what it should be. We should not have to complicate getting healthy, right? When you can have a tool at your wrist that's noninvasive, that gives you accurate information on the things that matter the most, it solves a lot of inconvenient problems and you can always stay ahead of severe symptoms of body overload. The Tic GTH Watch Pro watch is the perfect watch for anybody that may be starting on a new health journey. It is a watch for people who want to feel healthy and stylish at the same time. I give this a two thumbs up, and I highly recommend it!

Just doesn't work - What a waste.
By LegalEagle on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2022
The pulse monitor is off by 20-30 bpms every time, according to my medical-grade pulse-ox monitor. You just can't trust it. The watch faces don't work either, which is one of the main reasons I chose this particular brand. Also, it has exercises on it like gymnastics and MOUNTAIN CLIMBING, but no stair master or elliptical! It also has some app called "Arty" which refuses to work. It just keeps saying "Nice try. We need a better signal quality. Please review instructions and try again." It does it over and over and over, despite trying the test in different locations and wearing the watch on different hands. I wish I had kept the box as I would send it back right now. Such a bummer. What a waste.
