Doesn't disappoint.

WOW! Great picture and fantastic features. Alexa is a great addition. The 8k video from YouTube are life like. The packaging was well thought out, you don't have to lay down the 85" TV anymore to install the stand. They utilize the side packaging to support the TV while installing the stand. It takes two people to lift it if you are planning to place it on a cabinet or mount it on the wall. The setup was easy after resorting to search the online manual to determine why the remote would not function. The 'Quick Setup" guide failed to mention the need to "pair" the remote to the TV by pressing the 'Return' and 'Pause' buttons simultaneously for a second. But that is only complaint. The TV doesn't disappoint.

Not the least bit impressed...DO NOT BUY!

Not seeing anything special about this monster tv. It is blurry, EXTREMELY heavy and very very confusing to set up and operate. Also no point in 8K if nothing shown is 8K. Don't buy it.JUNE UPDATE: Rated negative stars!!! In less than two months and the tv stopped talking to the cable box and other aux items. In addition, the back is such a terrible design that controller lays on a slanted tray with no way to secure it in place. If you try to switch out or do anything with the wires, it falls out onto to floor ripping wires out along the way. I repeat: JUNK. In fact, in two months it stopped working, the part needed is unavailable and they want US to pay for the entire repair. WHAT????? WELL we literally just THREW IT IN THE TRASH. These people will do everything possible to NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY !!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM....
