Top positive review
Great quality product, audio problem solver.

It really works as expected. I used to have another band (Polycom) that I replaced for this product so I can solve the problem of having a virtual meeting with 6 people in a meeting room and two or three connected remotely, and using the laptop microphone and speakers was useless. With this product this problem was completely solved. The meeting went on smoothly, everybody was able to participate and be heard by those attending the meeting, whether in the meeting room or connected remotely. Easy to set up, portable, great sound quality.

Frustration only, definitely not worth it for capturing audio.

I'm a court reporter who handles remote depositions. This all-in-one was supposed to be an upgrade from my standard USB mic and speakers. I have tried for 2 months to get good audio from this unit, but it performs horribly in two different programs where audio is captured. It was better with VoiceSci on, but I did try it with VoiceSci off as well. This is without the extension mic - it was infintely worse with that connected. In the first program it would have these rhythmic cyclic clicks in the recording with frequent short drop-outs (about 4 or 5 a minute), and the mic was extremely muddy when capturing my speech; others had a hard time hearing me clearly in the meeting itself too. In the second program it was an absolute nightmare. Even with all the audio settings dialed in to perfection, it created feedback loops at odd and unpredictable moments. It was the worst audio I've ever worked with, which is saying a lot - witnesses join with poor connections from noisy places all the time. My guess is that it is the low sample rate (16kHz HD, very hard to find this info listed) Had I realized it was that low I likely would not have purchased it. But even adjusting for that did not solve the issues. It might be great for conference calls, but i would not rely on it for anything beyond that. Money down the drain.
