Got the 43" for a living room. Great price at $209, believe it was a lightning deal. So far great TV, picture, ease of use and setup. Voice remote is nice too with Alexa.

Completely disappointed and dissatisfied
By Dana Lotemple on Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2023
When I decided I was in the market for a new living room TV I did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews and after weeks of pondering I decided on this TV. To be fair this negative review is more on Amazons return policy and standard operating practices then it is on the quality of the actual TV. I had to wait a little more than a week for the TV to arrive. Which is not too too bad but definitely longer then most Amazon packages. The kids and I were so happy when it finally arrived. I was at work and the rest of the household waited for me to get home before they opened it. We had cleared away the old TV the night before as well as the fire stick etc. I immediately noticed the large hole in the box.......as I'M SURE THE DELIVERY DRIVER DID AS WELL. 😡 We were so disappointed to see the condition of the TV after opening the box. Our happy excitement just completely deflated. Like do these drivers throw your items around the truck? Or do they handle your hard earned money with care and respect? the answer is painfully obvious. Playing devil's advocate and trying to be understanding in the situation I thought to myself maybe the driver was working alone and didn't have anyone to help with moving things around the back of the truck. It is a large TV. Maybe it wasn't so much the weight but the size. Things can be large and awkward sometimes. BUT why he chose to still deliver a $400 item with a large and obvious damage to the outside packaging knowing good and well that if the outside is damaged.....there is a very good chance the product could very easily be damaged as well. Once again I thought maybe .......just maybe on some rare and random circumstance the driver was able to locate the box.....get it off the truck.....onto a dolly....bring it up my walkway....off the dolly and placed on my porch all the while only seeing one side of the box ( very unlikely) so after seeing the damage and being disappointed my first reaction was to go to the attic to bring down the old TV....fire stick....etc and reconnect everything but I decided to see what was for sale in my local area that I could bring home that night. In less then 15 mins I found the exact same TV...same specs....same size at best buy for $290 after tax. I paid $399 before tax....$431 after on this TV. I picked up the TV from best buy within the hour and in 90 total minutes total I was there....got it loaded for me....got back home and it was up and running. If that's where this story ends I'd be satisfied. As I went to the Amazon shopping app it said someone from UPS would pick up the TV between 930am and 10pm. That's a long time to leave a large visible from the road item on your porch. I signed up for text alerts and updates so I wouldn't be worried about it while at work. I got no alerts, calls, emails, text.....or any communication from them all day. When I got home the tv was gone and I was convinced it had been stolen. After searching the internet for 15 mins I was finally able to track down a customer service phone number and waited on hd and finally spoke to an agent who was able to confirm that ups did pick up and was now in possession of my return. I wish it ended there. After a few days I checked on the status of my return. Usually my returns are dropped off at Kohl's and my funds are returned to me within 3-7 days. It's been about 10 days and the return hasn't even arrived wherever it's gets processed at. I think it's being rode from NY to California on a bicycle. Ugh. Underneath where the return updates are it says in small print that funds are returned within 30 days AFTER the item gets to them. If it takes 2 weeks for them to receive the TV.....and then another 4 weeks to release my money that's 6 weeks to return a TV. My income tax return didn't even take that long. And then.... underneath that throat punch of an business practice statement it says once they send the refund my bank my take an additional week to release their deposit to me. So now I have about 7 weeks of waiting....if you count the week I waited for the garbage...... I ment TV to be delivered it will be 2 whole months and almost $450 invested.....which is the price of not 1....but (2) two 55inch TV's if you go to best buy. All for a TV that should of never of been allowed to be left on my porch to begin with. If you have a fragile item that's in a plain brown box concealing what's inside and not marked fragile you should still be able to assume it will get there on one piece. But something that's OBVIOUSLY FRAGILE and has a broken packaging you should be allowed to leave it there and force people into a 2 months long ordeal to be refunded. Ugh. Never again
