Great the first time

We were so happy with these batteries at first. We have 16 flameless candles that we like to have going for a few hours each morning and evening this time of the year (short days) The first time we put them in the candles they lasted a month! We let them completely go out before charging them...the second time, they are already dim (or completely out) after less than a WEEK! Could it be a problem with the charger? It is BONAI brand...any suggestions? I'm bummed!
