Best 4K portable monitor deal on the market with its performance and amazing customer service
By Joseph Kim on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2023
I had a minor issue when it passed over time period and I almost gave up receiving any service for the monitor. Customer service checked my messages among the reviews and contacted me right away for resolution even though the service time frame was over 3 months. They offered me a replacement with brand new product not a refurbished or any other kind to just compensate the issue. I have been searching for at least over a year to find the best deal on best product. This monitor has been the most effective and affordable deal with its spec. Also, I heard some of case problem, but it was just designed in a different way. Others uses magnet to hold the case from the backside while this has a folding support on the front bottom of the screen. And last, they have the best customer service you can rely on. - minor issue I had was from that I used the monitor as secondary and didn't turn off the monitor for long period of time. Now I remind myself to use it as portable for extensive workflow not using it as a server-alike monitoring system. 4k HDR works with direct connection from computer when the graphics card supports the option and I am satisfied with its performance.

Not compatible with the Microsoft Surface Laptop 5
By shopaHolic on Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2024
Device worked with my old laptop (Surface Pro 6) which connected via Mini DisplayPort > HDMI (I had to purchase an adaptor to connect the Mini DisplayPort to HDMI). I recently upgraded to the Microsoft Laptop 5 which connects to displays via USB-C (Thunderbolt 4) which SHOULD connect seamlessly without any adaptors (USB-C to USB-C), but it does not. The connection shows that there is another screen attached on my device, but the Monitor does not detect a device. To trouble shoot this, I checked a few things:1. Laptop device and cable - both can connect via USB-C to other external displays. No issues with the video output/cable.2. Monitor functionality - still works connected to my old laptop via Mini DisplayPort. I also plugged my Android phone directly to the monitor, also works. To check if i can connect the new device via a different input method (other than USB-C > USB-C) I purchased a separate adaptor to connect to the monitor via USB-C > HDMI. This does NOT work. As with the above, my laptop shows that there is an external display connected, however, the Monitor does not detect a signal from my laptop.Very disappointing that there is such a compatibility issue. Things should be plug and play regardless of how new the device is.
