Samsung Galaxy S21 Case Wallet Cover

I have been using the Samsung LED wallet case for the past few phones that I have owned(S9+, Note 9, S10+, and Note 10). In previous generations, there was a very nice textured pattern on the outside of the case to prevent slippage, and the LEDs on the front were bright and clear(some versions even allowed you to change the color underneath). However, on this version for the Samsung S21 Ultra, the LEDs are not only poor quality, but they are clearly dimmer and you cannot change the color. They also have a very noticeable red/brown tint even though they are supposed to be bright white. I thought that perhaps this was due to some type of manufacturing defect, so I exchanged the LED case for another, but the second case also had the exact same issue. For LEDs that are supposed to appear as bright white, the fact that they are quite dim and have a red/brown tint is a major problem. Furthermore, the nice texture that I mentioned earlier that was on ALL previous generations of this case has been removed in favor of a much more smooth finish that has antimicrobial properties. An antimicrobial case is good, but if I had to choose between this and the nice textured pattern from before, I would choose the premium textured pattern every time. To be honest, the smoother finish is something that I could ultimately live with, but the dim LEDs and their red/brown tint combined with the new smooth finish make this case very unappealing to me. For a premium price I expect a premium product. I am so INCREDIBLY disappointed! As a loyal customer who has been using these official Samsung LED cases since they originally came out, I feel frustrated that I have to look elsewhere for a better quality case. What a shame...
