Charging port damaged, doesn’t hold in place to charge.

Item was flimsy, tin like. Lost my previous MP3 not from this company ( similar cost) it wasn’t in stock so I bought this one. Worked for 1 week before charging port wouldn’t hold outlet so I was unable to charge. Also unclear how to turn it off, instructions made by someone that English wasn’t their 1st language. Another feature my previous MP3 had was the ability to record FM radio. This item really shouldn’t be sold on Amazon, lesson learned , reordered original MP3 now in stock.
