Solid power bank!
By birads on Reviewed in the United States on August 11, 2023
Plenty of power to recharge an ipad or iphone. Enough power to substantially add battery life to a laptop. The power bank is small for what it does and I think the size is quite nice, but others may feel it’s a little too heavy. I do not think most people would be disappointed at the size considering this is 20,000mAh. It holds its charge when not being used for at least a week or two (I have not had it long enough to test it for longer periods yet.) It does not run hot. The only relative negative is that it takes about 4.5 hours to recharge from empty. This is not too long, but may require some planning depending on the situation. Other power banks are out that can recharge faster, but they are heavier, more expensive, and may require to be plugged into a high powered charger in order to obtain the faster charge. This power bank is inexpensive for what you get. One very nice thing is that this charges through C to C, C to lightening, and not just USB-A. I do think the shipping took a couple of extra days versus 1 day, but this was disclosed when I bought it. It did arrive on the day promised. I highly recommend this power bank for anyone that needs more than a daily phone charge. Great for traveling, long airplane flights. For a daily phone charge get the Anker with 10,000mAh and C to C charging (in and out).

Reliable Power... For About Two Years
By MGong on Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2025
This power bank is a bit of a mixed bag, but ultimately, if you're looking for consistent, reliable charging for a couple of years, it's a solid choice. I'm actually on my second one in the past four years, which pretty much sums up its performance. When it works, it works really well. The charging speed is excellent, and it holds a charge remarkably effectively. I can toss it in my bag and know that when I pull it out a week later, it's still ready to give my phone. It handles multiple device charges without breaking a sweat, and the various ports (USB-A, USB-C, etc.) are always a welcome feature. However, and this is the crucial caveat, don't expect it to be a lifelong companion. Both of the units I've owned have, without fail, completely conked out right around the two-year mark. They don't slowly degrade; they just abruptly stop taking a charge or discharging altogether. It's almost like there's a built-in obsolescence timer. I have owned two in the last two years and both experienced the same. I'm not doing a third time. If you're okay with it being a somewhat disposable item, and you prioritize strong, consistent charging over long-term durability, then this power bank is definitely worth considering. Just set a reminder to start looking for a replacement in about 20-22 months!
