AUOPLUS 10ft 6-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip with USB

Update: The seller finally responded and made things right with a replacement unit and an adjustment on the original purchase, kudos for going above and beyond for your customer. I've updated my review, not because they asked, but because everyone deserves the whole story. The new unit works on arrival, it is a nice power strip, and seems to have a reasonable capacity on the USB ports, I could see 1.4 amps going into my phone along with light charging duty on 3 other devices at the same time. Original Review: USB ports stopped working after first use, it was the perfect solution to freeing up plugs from the wall warts, until it wasn't. Worked upon arrival, tested at the house. Installed in the garage so I have a place to keep the cell phone charged while working in the shop, leaving it turned off while I'm not there. Next visit to the garage, no Bueno, power strip works, but USB chargers don't, ALL 4 ports. One port will briefly make a phone respond as if it's trying to charge, but never actually pushes current and short cycles. Tried with multiple cords and devices, same results, everything works except the USB ports on the power strip. Call Amazon support, chatted with them while they tried scripts trying to figure out why it doesn't work (it's not complicated, it failed). Put request into seller, and got ABSOLUTELY no response. Disappointed to say the least. Not worth the effort to return, but will not be buying another one from this vendor/manufacturer.
