VIZIO V51-H6 5.1 Soundbar System

I ordered the Vizio V51x-J6 36-inch 5.1 Channel Home Theater Soundbar System (Renewed). The system looked very nice and appeared to be a straight-forward install. The only difficulty was setting up the remote control. I had to watch several videos to figure out what all the settings were for. The paperwork instructions were very vague when it came to how to program. The system sounded great and everything appeared to work as expected. The system worked for a total of about 3 hours before the soundbar just turned off in the middle of watching a television program. It would not turn back on at all. I tried unplugging, changing cords, changing receptacles, and attempting a reset according to the online manual. Since I ordered thru Amazon, I am swapping with another unit; which I hope will work. It was a hassle spending all that time hooking everything up, then having to disassemble and re-box it and then find a UPS center where I can mail it back. If the replacement gives me problems, I will send it back and buy another product locally, where I can get a quicker and easier service if needed. Overall, the soundbar and surround sound system sounded really good for what short amount of time I was able to listen. I would recommend the Vizio soundbar and surround system; I'm just not sure about recommending a "renewed" one yet.
