Battery Life: 95% after nine hours of heavy phone use!
By sci f. on Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2022
Overall, I wish I needed to buy another one of these. I recommend this to YOU, to my friend and family, and especially to my coworkers. I am happy with all aspects of this headset: the ease to buy on amazon, the fast shipping, the secure packaging, the simple straightforward instructions, the almost plug and play installation of the hardware and software. I wear it for nine hours a day, and the comfort is outstanding. At certain times I would forget I was wearing it if I wasn’t on a call. None of the people I spoke to on the headset could hear my music playing and to test it out I turned it up to what I thought was pretty loud (probably not loud) and they couldn’t hear it. Noise cancellation hard at work. I was able to hear and be heard without issue. The one time I thought I had a staticky connection, we determined that I was on speaker phone and the issue was their phone and not mine. The moment I was off speakerphone the other people I was talking to was crystal clear. I bought this headset because I was sorely disappointed with my last headset. This eclipses that Logitech 933 (beware). The battery life is extraordinary, I mean after nine hours it was still only at 95%. That’s my number one concern and why I am a fan of Jabra now. Update. Five weeks later. Best headset ever, and I’ve had at least eight. I can pair the headset with my PC and make and receive calls: crystal quality even on the third floor. Seriously. Better than all that, I can also pair this headset with my iPhone or iPad while still connected to my PC and listen to audiobooks and podcasts between calls. So I can work and entertain myself simultaneously while still only using about 20% of my battery after a nine hour day. Buy this and nothing else.

Watch for the BAIT AND SWITCH!!
By Steve V on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2024
My Poly Focus 4320 (which I have on 8+ hours/day) worked ok for a couple of years, but the mic started failing, so I went looking for a replacement. The sound was decent, the mic did a good job of blocking out external noise, and it was pretty comfortable. But the Mute button NEVER worked. Which annoyed the hell out of me, because the whole point of having a wireless headset is to be able to walk around! My colleague has used lots of Jabra products, and recommended this. Objectively, this is a good-looking headset (I think better-looking than the Poly). And the "raise boom to mute" actually works!! BUT... and oh there are so many BUTs: - It doesn't automatically switch audio devices on my Macbook M3 Max when I turn it on. - The "dual device connection" feature is horrible; keeps telling me I have "2 devices connected...1 device connected...2 devices connected...1 device connected..." every 15 seconds. - The sound output is HORRENDOUS. I turn on Apple Music and the output is tinnier than an AM radio. (side note, I am in the process of returning this, but in the meantime, I got an Evolve2 75 -- which at this time is only a few bucks more -- and compared the audio. Music sounded 10,000x better) But here's the big kicker... There are 2 different versions... The UC (universal) version and the MS (Microsoft Teams) version. I ordered and paid for the UC version ($40 more!!)... Well they sent me the cheaper MS version... but with a sticker over the MS version label that said "UC"!! I tried peeling off the top label to show the full product number, but it won't come off in one piece (though you can see the "MS" label right under it). Regardless, the headset inside is the MS version...you can tell because of the Teams logo on the button! So tldr; If you bought the UC version, CHECK YOUR PRODUCT!! They may have cheated you. And it's not like the MS Teams version works better; I use Teams all day long, and it did not work differently. In fact, it worked worse... When I had to join a couple of Zoom calls, I had to manually switch audio devices in the meeting.
