This is it, the perfect buds I can find wo breaking the bank
By Mak on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2020
This is the perfect pair of buds I've ever used in several different aspect. 1) I've a hard to fit ear shape and I've tested at least 5-6 different types of ear buds from the iPhone versions to the cheap kinds. This is the only set that fits in nicely and yet as a very low profile, so it doesn't protrude out much. As from the Pic, they have an array of buds sizes to choose from, I am sure 1 of them will fit your ear nicely. 2) These buds allows you to switch from single bud usage to dual, left or right works independently yet seemlessly when you have to remove anyone of them to charge. This is an extremely hard to find feature as most buds have the right as the master and left could not work by itself. Or the left has to be pair everytime it has to be used by itself. 3) The battery life is amazing at 8hrs per charge. I have not fully tested this feature but even if it lasts 6hrs, I am still very satisfied. 4) I am not an audiophile but the sound quality from my point of view is not as exceptional as headphones but from a ear buds standpoint, I think it is more than sufficient. 5) Noise cancelation is present just because the fit is very good. Background noise still exist but it is well controlled due to the good fit. Sadly the "Transparant" mode doesn't work at all, meaning that it you will not be able to hear your surrounding when you have both the buds in. It says it has been activated but the noise isolation is always there. 6) The manual clicking to me is very desirable as the touch sensors just doesn't always work but manual clicking will never fail. Klipsch did an excellant job sorting out all the controls through the usage of both buds. The catch is when you use just a single bud you lose all control except start /stop, which isn't too bad given how easy it is to switch between single and dual buds. 7) The case has some weight to it and looks so good. It looks so good that I am thinking of how best I can protect its covering from scratches from the get go. Point is that the casing felt very well built and it probably is. 8) I also notice that the left and right buds are color coded VS some other brands that has L and R very faintly printed. These are the details that Klipsch has on their product that makes me think "I knew I always has this issue but Klipsch has already resolved it in their product design"! Anyway I don't always write a review but this is 1 product I want to make sure someone out there can benefit greatly from. It's not cheap but I guess you pay for what you get. BTW I did not use their app as according to other reviews, it will simply brick the buds and personally I think it is already very good right out from the box. Cheers, Mak

Lasted 3 months->Died->Customer service Hell->Absolute junk. Stay away!
By David Tuck on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2024
I'll make it simple; they're junk. They stopped holding charge after less than 3 months and dropped connection constantly. I used them mainly for work, so my phone sat on top of my desk and these things still dropped connection all day long. But here's where things got REALLY bad, customer service! I emailed them and went through the arduous verification just to be told to reboot over and over. I mean over and over and over. The solution for everything was "Factory Reset". Sorry Klipsch but these ear buds and your customer service are trash! It's obvious that a product is trash when it has to be Factory Reset 5 times a day! I paid full price for brand new earbuds, so they should have honored the warranty. But they didn't. They will do anything, and I mean ANYTHING to NOT replace their own products. Klipsch will wear you down via email until you give up or go full Karen. BE AWARE: If you purchase a Klipsch product thinking that you will get top notch quality and support because you've heard their name, or seen them at Best Buy, think again. I stupidly recommended a pair of Klipsch bookshelf speakers to a friend. They also lasted roughly 3 months and then her remote died. Once again, Klipsch put her in email Hell and refused to fix or replace a dead remote. 3 MONTHS PEOPLE!! Klipsch had two chances to show me something and they fumbled BOTH so they will never get my money or recommendation again.
