Ring alarm - my 2nd one and it just plain works!

We have two of these now and they both work flawlessly with the entire Ring ecosystem. What I like: - Installation took no more than 20 minutes. - Works with other Ring cameras and doorbells - Can setup linked events - such as, turn on camera recording when a door is opened. - Cellular backup (if you have a subscription) works great for those times when your Internet connection fails. What I don't like: - Double-sided tape provided for motion sensor wall attachment is low quality. Use your own double-sided tape or attach with screws. - Subscriptions can be a tad pricey. Overall, we're thrilled with our Ring alarms and I think you will be, too. Good luck.

The door/Window sensors DON'T LAST LONG

Two of the door sensors in the bundle, I have had for about 7 months or less, they started killing the battery rapidly. I replaced them and brought two more, one is starting to do the same thing except it has been 13 months this time. This is it's the same sensor i replaced. I moved it closer to the alarm system thinking it would help but it didn't( in my mind Im thinking the weak strength of the signal is killing the battery) other than that, the alarm system is flawless
