The device works as it was intended. Haven't gone through all the features such as the Teams button and such, but the primary use was to launch from the Teams Desktop Client and no issues so far.

Sound Quality Not Good

Connected the device, installed the Yealink app and updated the firmware. Repeated these steps on 3 different computers and used the device on a business class network and a high speed home network. Had static on both Zoom and Teams calls on all 3 computers. It was somewhat difficult to find the app to update the firmware. Overall, not a good experience.
