ORIbox Car Phone Mount, Dashboard Car Phone Holder

Worked great for a couple weeks but unfortunately it ALREADY broke! Had a feeling it was going to break sooner rather than later seeing how the small hooks that the spring latches onto are tiny and made of brittle plastic..Here's what happened:I had my phone horizontally as usual and when I went to dismount it, the spring shot down onto my car's floorboard along with those little plastic hooks. I've tried contacting the company TWICE already and no response either times..Horrible product, EVEN WORSE customer service - damn near non existent!! Avoid unless u dnt mind wasting money
