Bad battery or charger

The battery or charger was bad. Called customer service for that company and was told they would send out both. After about a month I called again and another Indian told me they were back ordered. 7 months later and no battery or charger. Had to order them from EBay. I suggest not talking to the drone customer service and talk to Amazon directly
