Very Stylish Headphones JBL CLUB ONE"S
By William Burton on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2021
I really like these headphones. Presentation was awesome. The app is very customizable and great. The look and the quality of the headphones are exceptional. Only complaint I had was that the sound was slightly muffled or in other words the sounds sounded right in top of each other not separate. Overall great pair of headphones. JBL CLUB ONE VS SONY 1000XM4 ANC - Sony wins here by anc. JBL has great anc on the CLUB ONES but the Sonys are marketed at having one of the best ANC on the market. Personally theres not that much of a difference to a regular consumer. Style - Club ONES win here. The style of the club ones are exceptional. They are the perfect bluetooth dj headphones yet very comfortable and stylish. The Sony's are very nice as well and I like the Black and gold combo the use. I just prefer the look of the JBL'S because they look different and cool. Sound - JBL wins here. The sound on the JBLs are very good. Although I mentioned that the songs sounded slightly muffled or cluttered on the JBL's, not as bad as the Sony's. Sony's sound very muffled and cluttered to my ears. Both apps were used and equalizers were set. Both app give a lot of customizability which I like. JBL CLUB ONE's vs BANG AND OLUFSEN H9 (ones I kept) ANC - H9's win here. Although very close the H9's have very good anc without having to have the volume blasting all the way up. Style - JBL wins this. What I like about the JBL can be read above. The style of the H9 is modern, nice, and simple. There is nothing wrong with it. I have DJ'd in the past so thats maybe why I lean towards the JBL's design. Sound - H9 wins. I spent over a month listening to both. At first I loved the JBL's, bass was good, vocals were great, but again slightly muffled. I sent back the Sony's 2 days after I got them FYI. The H9's are crisp, clean and bassy. Everything about the H9's are simple, the design and the app interface with equalization. As for sound, the distinctive instruments and crisp notes were what sold me. The bass is also very good on the H9's. In all, I love these JBL CLUB ONE's. As a middle tier headphone these are a great option all around for sound. My girlfriend prefers these over the H9's. Everyone has their tastes. As for me I only decided to keep the H9's as the sound profile fit more my taste. If I still DJ'd these JBL's would be my bluetooth and dj headphones hands down.

Good headphones

For a pair of studio branded headphones these could have been better if they were just louder like the bose 700 or sony xm4 then bose and sony would have had some real competition sadly these headphones are like kids Headphones that have a volume limiter on them or something jbl really could of made these louder like the competition
