Reliable and well-built Lightning cable

In the past, I've bought cheaper Lightning cables and many were of questionable quality (did not the "MfI certification" label). After having some issues with connecting my iPhone to my car's Apple CarPlay (which I kind of figured out that the cable was most likely culprit), I decided to "splurge" and get a nice, black AmazonBasics Lightning cable. All previous AmazonBasics products that I've purchased in the past have not let me down and this product continues that trend of high quality stuff at reasonable prices. It has a sturdy feel to the cable and the terminals. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you buy this one.

I bought these for my iPhone 8. They fit loosely. They do charge, but are very sensitive to any movement. If the phone is completely still, and I have confirmed that it is charging, it has to stay absolutely still in order to charge. It cannot be bumped at all or the connection is lost. The end piece does not completely dislodge so it still appears to be charging. This is problematic if it dies when I think it is charging. My alarm doesn’t ring some days because the charger looses connection somehow during the night. (Maybe it gets bumped by the cat or something?). People with newer phones may not have this issue because it had good ratings.
